Original vs Remake #19

Our song today is a classic from March of 1974, "Smokin' in the Boys Room".   This reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 for its original artist Brownsville Station.

In 1985 the glam metal band Motley Crue took their version to #16 on the Hot 100 and introduced a new generation to Cub Koda.
This was also one of the last new release 45s I ever bought.
