Mistaken Identity - Kim Carnes
4 consecutive weeks at #1
June 27th - July 24th 1981

The 6th studio album by Kim Carnes became a platinum bestseller and gave us the #1 single for all of 1981 in "Bette Davis Eyes" which spent 9 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.  The album was nominated for the Album of the Year Grammy Award, but lost to John Lennon and Yoko Ono's Double Fantasy.
